Delphi-X Inverso
Delphi-X Inverso™ is an inverted microscope for the professional with demanding applications of living cell cultures and stained samples. It is available in two configurations:
- for phase contrast plus DIC (differential interference contrast) equipment
- for fluorescence application
Super contrast semi-apochromatic objectives with collar adjustment ring assure perfect observation of cells or tissues in 1.2 mm thick Petri dishes or flasks
HWF 10x/25 mm eyepieces
Trinocular head, 45° inclined tubes with 100-0/20-80/0-100 beamsplitters
Interpupillary distance 47-78 mm
Diopter adjustment on both eyepieces
Reversed sextuple revolving nosepiece on ball-bearings
Semi Apochromatic Plan Phase Fluarex Apo-PLPHFi 10x/20x/S40x IOS infinity corrected objectives with 1.2 mm cover glass correction
All optics are anti-fungus treated and anti-reflection coated for maximum light throughput
340 x 230 mm stage with 130 x 85 mm mechanical X-Y stage
Coaxial coarse and fine adjustments with 200 graduations. Precision 1 μm, 0.2 mm per rotation. Total travel approximately 10 mm
Rotating multi-function condenser N.A. 0.55 with iris diaphragm and filter holder. Working distance 26 mm. Supplied with phase contrast annuli for 10x, 20x and 40x objectives and DIC prepared. Need additional DIC prisms. The arm of condenser can be backwards tilted for convenient access to the stage.
Lens changer with 1.5x magnification lens for intermediary magnifications without refocusing.
Standard supplied with the fluorescence filter wheel without fluorescence filters.
