With its large 80mm lens, this spotting scope provides you with brighter and more detailed images than smaller lenses, especially in poor light conditions such as at dawn or dusk.
The spotting scope’s 20-60 times zoom eyepiece enables observations in the region from 1.8° wide-angle and 20 times magnification, and a narrower 1.0° field of view and 60 times magnification.
Thanks to the useful markings on the eyepiece you can switch between 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 times magnification in an instant.
The GrandView Vari-Angle spotting scope’s 25 to 15 millimeter interocular distance is large enough to ensure comfortable use for spectacle wearers. The eye cups can be twisted up.
This high-performance spotting scope has an adjustable angled sight with which you can set your eyepiece to every angle between zero and ninety degrees. This feature ensures comfortable viewing in various situations: from a view looking down into a valley, to observing birds in trees, or a glimpse high above to the moon.
You can also rotate the eyepiece along the optical axis. This also increases flexibility; maybe you want to carry out observations lying down, or share the view with someone shorter than yourself.
The spotting scope’s lens is fully multi-coated and so collects the maximum amount of light for the eyepiece. Furthermore, contrast is optimised with internal matt black grooved rings.
A lens cap is also included, along with an attachable eyepiece cap, ensuring that the spotting scope’s lenses remain clean. A hard-shell case with foam lining ensures safe transportation and storage.
